After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com. After the order is shipped, you will recieve a second email confirming the shipment and a tracking number to track your shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available for your Decorté Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.
Standard Service – Complimentary
We offer ground shipping via Federal Express Smart-Post on all U.S. orders. It will normally deliver within 5 to 7 business days*.
Express/Second Day Service - $15
Your order must reach us by 12 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days.
Overnight Service - $20
Your order must reach us by 12 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will normally be delivered the following working day. Overnight Service for Hawaii and Alaska is $29.00*.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Second Day Service and Overnight Service are not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, PO Box destinations, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii. If you have questions about the delivery of your package, please contact us at (212) 682-3795 for assistance.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of its shipped date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. A credit will be issued within 30 days after we receive the returned merchandise.
Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Decorté is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and decortecosmetics.com order number.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 30 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by email for the damaged items to be replaced.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Decorté counter or other retailer locations.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made at a Decorté counter or any other retailer locations cannot be returned through decortecosmetics.com. Items not purchased through decortecosmetics.com should be returned at their place of purchase.
